Class Etiquette & Policies

1. Please arrive 15 minutes before each class start as latecomers will be denied. Classes will start on time.
2. Cancellation of all classes to be at least 6 hours (12 hours for classes before 1201pm, 24 hours for Personal Training) before class starts, otherwise charges for late cancellation will apply.
3. For <Cycle Beats> classes, arrive 15 minutes earlier to set up your bikes.
4. <Cycle Beats>  may involve the use of flashing lights. Do highlight to the instructor before the class if you have any sensitivity to flashing lights.
5. Water is required for all classes.
